Alfa Framtak has reached an agreement with Orkla Snacks to acquire all shares in Nói Síríus. With this acquisition, the company returns to Icelandic ownership, and Alfa Framtak will support its continued growth and development.

Alfa Framtak originally invested in GMÍ in 2019, with the goal of supporting continued growth and development based on the company’s strong foundation.
