Alfa Framtak Acquires Nói Síríus

AF3, a fund managed by Alfa Framtak, has reached an agreement with Orkla Snacks to acquire all shares in Nói Síríus. With this acquisition, Nói Síríus returns to Icelandic ownership following a successful period under Orkla Snacks.

Nói Síríus hf. was founded in 1920 and is one of Iceland’s most recognized manufacturing and marketing companies, producing and distributing chocolate and other food products for over a century. The company’s brands are a defining part of Icelandic everyday life. Orkla Snacks transformed the business from a deeply rooted family company into a forward-looking manufacturer with a clear focus on quality and strong brands. Alfa Framtak intends to build on this strong foundation and support the company’s next phase of growth.
